QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM<\/h3>\n

Pula Airport\u00a0as\u00a0the foundation\u00a0of its business\u00a0considers a\u00a0continuous work on\u00a0development\u00a0and\u00a0improvement the quality\u00a0of all its\u00a0activities and services.\u00a0Subsequently,\u00a0we have recognized the\u00a0importance\u00a0of ISO\u00a09001:2008 quality standard, which\u00a0we\u00a0acquired\u00a0during January 2013 after one year of preparation.\u00a0 Our ISO 9001:2008 quality standard was the first step for establishment of Pula Airports\u2019 Quality management system\u00a0for the\u00a0business\u00a0of providing services\u00a0of the handling\u00a0of passengers,\u00a0aircraft\u00a0and cargo.<\/p>\n

In\u00a0order to obtain\u00a0the\u00a0certification,\u00a0among others,\u00a0various internal\u00a0procedures\u00a0have been defined\u00a0and\u00a0implemented\u00a0to\u00a0increase\u00a0the transparency\u00a0of decision-making\u00a0andoperations\u00a0within\u00a0the airport,\u00a0and\u00a0raise the\u00a0quality of work\u00a0of all employees,\u00a0and thus the\u00a0quality of services provided\u00a0to\u00a0passengers\u00a0and\u00a0airlines.\u00a0One of\u00a0the\u00a0procedure\u00a0and\u00a0method\u00a0of monitoring\u00a0customer satisfaction\u00a0services\u00a0will be our guiding star to\u00a0raise the\u00a0level of quality\u00a0of our services.
\nOur goal is to\u00a0provide high quality\u00a0services\u00a0of\u00a0passengers,\u00a0aircraft\u00a0and cargo\u00a0handling for the satisfaction\u00a0of all our customers.<\/p>\n

SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM<\/h3>\n

Pula Airport\u00a0is\u00a0constantly working on the development\u00a0and\u00a0implementation of processes\u00a0focused on\u00a0achieving the highest level\u00a0of safety\u00a0in\u00a0accordance\u00a0with national\u00a0and\u00a0international standards,\u00a0in order\u00a0to\u00a0ensure a safe\u00a0stay\u00a0for\u00a0all passengers\u00a0and their goods,\u00a0employees and visitors on Pula Airport.<\/p>\n

For this purpose,\u00a0we are continuously working on\u00a0implementation of\u00a0safety management system\u00a0which\u00a0represents a\u00a0organized\u00a0approach to\u00a0safety management,\u00a0including\u00a0the organizational structure,\u00a0procedures, policies,\u00a0etc.\u00a0Pula Airport\u00a0safety management system\u00a0represents a\u00a0unit\u00a0which includes all\u00a0airport\u00a0sectors\u00a0and\u00a0services that are\u00a0part of\u00a0aviation safety.<\/p>\n

The aim of\u00a0the introduction\u00a0and\u00a0implementation of\u00a0the safety management system\u00a0is that with\u00a0risk\u00a0control\u00a0and\u00a0minimizing\u00a0the number of\u00a0potential\u00a0accidents\u00a0in\u00a0daily work,\u00a0it\u00a0minimizes the\u00a0number of possible\u00a0hazards\u00a0to the safety\u00a0of passengers,\u00a0employees\u00a0and\u00a0other personnel\u00a0and\u00a0material goods.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
