In accordance with Art. 10 of the Consumer Protection Act (N.N. 19/2022) we inform consumers that they can submit a complaint about the quality of our services in one of the following ways:

  1. by filing out the Customer Complaint form at Pula airport
    (Information desk, Ticket desk, Duty free shop, Caffe bar or Load control)
  2. by sending their complaint via post to the address

An acknowledgment of receipt is issued for each complaint submitted. The response to the complaint is given in writing within 15 days.
