In accordance with Art. 10 of the Consumer Protection Act (N.N. 19/2022) we inform consumers that they can submit a complaint about the quality of our services in one of the following ways:
- by filing out the Customer Complaint form at Pula airport
(Information desk, Ticket desk, Duty free shop, Caffe bar or Load control) - by sending their complaint via post to the address

An acknowledgment of receipt is issued for each complaint submitted. The response to the complaint is given in writing within 15 days.
